Text messaging

A key feature of this system is the automated communications.

Once registered, you set your email preferences to determine which actions should trigger an email to be sent to either yourself or the appropriate pupil.

All emails are included in the monthly fee, however, to get the most from the facility, you can opt to have text messages sent aswell.

Options for this include :

Receiving a text when a pupil requests a booking

Sending the pupil a text when you confirm the booking

Receiving a text when a pupil cancels

Sending texts to pupils with forthcoming lessons.

To activate text messaging you will need to purchase text credits. These are available in various quantities from 25 to 400 messages.

You will receive notifications when your credits are running low and you can determine the level at which you want to receive a warning.
