Set reminder preferences

Reminder mails and text messages* are sent based on your preferences and can dramatically reduce the number of cancellations due to pupils forgetting they have a lesson booked.

Pupil not booked for a while? Approaching a pupil who hasn't booked for a while can be awkward and is often just not done resulting in pupils going somewhere else as they are embarrassed to get in touch. You can specify up to 2 reminder emails to be sent when a pupil hasn't booked for a specified length of time which can help prompt them to get back in touch.
