Diary features

Central to the facility is a booking system that has been built to provide flexibility for the individual instructor.

Quick diary view

The diary view gives a quick graphical view of your forthcoming lessons. You can a select specific date to view from and by 'zooming in', can get a more accurate iew of your bookings with travel times taken into account. A simple click on a particular date and time allows you to make a booking or view booked lesson details.

Set your hours

Not all instructors work the same hours so you have the facility to set the hours that your pupils can book.

Set travel times

When your pupils book a lesson from say 9am to 10am, there's no point allowing another pupil to book at 10am as you need to get from one to the other. When a pupil books with this system, it adds on a default travel time as set by you eg 20 minutes. You can then change this as appropriate for that individual lesson.

Automatic notifications

If you're out with a pupil and want to add their next lesson, you don't want to get back only to find someone else has requested the same time. When a pupil books, you can optionally set the system to send you a text message with pupil info and the booking date & time so you don't double book.

Mobile viewing

If you use an iPhone, blackberry or similar, you can view the panel from your device which means you can book pupils lessons in real time.

Pupil bookings

Unfortunately, there's always the possibility of a pupil filling up your bookings and stopping anyone else booking online until you cancel them off. Well to stop this, you can determine how many unconfirmed requests a pupil can have at any one time. When this limit is reached, they simply can't request any more until you confirm.
