Reduce cancellations with lesson reminders

Every day, there emails, and optional SMS Text messages are sent to pupils with forthcoming lessons. As an insructor, you can specify which reminders should be sent and whether this should be as an email, a text message or both.

Of course this won't stop all cancellations but by reminding pupils, if they do need to cancel, they can do so in a timely manner giving you the opportunity to fill the lesson again.

Pupi not booked for a while? It's often awkward to book a lessons when one hasn't been booked for a while. The system allows you to set up to 2 emails which will automatically be sent when a pupil hasn't booked for a specified length of time. This can help prompt them to make a booking or at least to get in touch which could mean the diffence between them restarting their lessons with you or being too embarressed and learning with another instructor.
